This is a series designed to celebrate the contribution of Women Leaders across a range of industries. We kicked it off in the best way – on none other than International Women’s day 2021!

We were joined by Leyla Okhai, Founder of Diverse Minds, Reena Rai, Marketing expert, and Emile Cleret, the head of English Studies at Ecole Militaire. The panel spoke on the hurdles they had faced throughout their leadership journey to date. They also spoke of celebratory moments and gave advice.

Changing Career Paths with Chennara Edghill- Peart

Chenaara Edghill-Peart is a Montessori School owner and Director. She opened the doors to Peart’s Montessori based in North Hertfordshire, United Kingdom in the middle of a global pandemic after leaving her successful role within Law to retrain in Montessori teaching. She shares what this journey looked like, including what leadership looked like within the Law profession in comparison to her current role within Education and as a business owner.

Leading when you have no career climbing ambitions with Anne-Marie Saheb

Anne-Marie Saheb is a French-Canadian-Egyptian Actress. She is a self-proclaimed “non-ambitious hierarchically challenged administrative assistant” as well as the Artistic Co-Director of an artist founded company, set up in 2011. Anne-Marie shares her experiences of leadership within the corporate world and ways in which everyone is capable of leading regardless of their position within an organisation.

‘Embracing the Unconventional’ with Paulina Tenner

PaulinaTenner is a multi-faceted individual with many feathers to her cap. She is an entrepreneur,  angel investor, author, TEDx speaker and  co-founder of GrantTree, a fin-tech R&D tax Cedits company created with the purpose of helping tech startups to navigate the complex world of government funding. Paulina shares her experience of “Embracing the Unconventional” and offers Leadership tips to the audience.

Leadership in Management – Lunch and Learn

The Leadership in Management programme is our most popular course offered by Leadership Trust. It is a 5.5 -day residential programme which is much loved by organisations around the world.
