Garima Kothari

CEO Leadership Trust Singapore


Garima has been the face of Leadership Trust in Singapore since April 2021. She is spearheading our expansion in Asia and leading LT Singapore. Garima leverages her experience and insights in transforming organisational & leadership behaviour using HR strategy and tools of talent & performance management. She has a master’s degree in Organisational Behaviour and Industrial Psychology, and brings with her a diverse experience working with global organisations across 4 continents.

Léa Cléret
Léa Cléret

CEO Leadership Trust International


Léa has a Ph.D. in Philosophy; specialising in Ethics in Sport, with a special focus on the misuse of performance enhancing substances. This led her to spend close to a decade working with athletes on large scale behaviour change programmes with the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA). Léa first encountered Leadership Trust during the development of a ground-breaking pilot programme aimed at enabling administrators to “feel” what being groomed for corruption was like.  Observing Leadership Trust’s experiential methodology and quality of implementation gained her respect, as well as its agile and high-performing staff. This made joining the organisation irresistible.

CEO Office & HR Manager


Ann has worked for Leadership Trust for over 22 years, developing her role as the PA to the Chief Executive, to include more specialist areas to support the business including Human Resources, Corporate and Contracting. At Leadership Trust, people sit at the heart of everything we do. We treasure the contribution of our employees, and as part of her HR role, Ann keeps this value well and truly at the top of the agenda. Having gained a Diploma for Languages in Business from Wolverhampton Polytechnic (now Wolverhampton University), she has had a diverse and enjoyable career, gaining invaluable experience working in varied roles across industry, commerce and society. At 18, she gained her Private Pilot’s Licence.  She relishes living in the beautiful Wye Valley, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the home of Leadership Trust.

Sam Jordan
Sam Jordan

Open Programme Coordinator


Sam has been at the Leadership Trust for over 20 years and has a long background in customer services.  In her current role as Open Programme Co-ordinator, she liaises with both Leadership Trust clients and colleagues in order to manage open course bookings. She is dedicated to ensuring that each delegate is fully prepared for their residential so that every individual receives the maximum benefit from attending. She loves corresponding with the delegates and hearing about their experiences. Sam takes any opportunity to go climbing, caving, abseiling and will try most activities, drawing the line at bungee jumping. Away from her time at Leadership Trust, she loves spending time with her husband of 30 years and her dog, Paddy.

Tammy Smith
Tammy Smith

Programme Coordinator


Tammy is the Client Services and Programme Co-ordinator at Leadership Trust. Her main day to day role is to liaise with clients and venues for each of the courses, in order to support a successful programme delivery. She liaises with the internal departments to co-ordinate all elements of a programme, regularly supporting the preparation of programme outlines and project briefs. Tammy gained her undergraduate degree in English Literature and Psychology, and her Postgraduate in Psychology. Aside from working at Leadership Trust, Tammy enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She has two sons and loves going on adventures with them and her husband.

Kate Beddis
Kate Beddis

Design and Delivery Manager


Kate has been a passionate member of Leadership Trust team for 15 years, supporting all courses run during that time. During Leadership in Management courses, she leads up to 65 people over the duration of the week in high pressure environments. This includes; members of the faculty, activity instructors and liaising with the course venues.  She works closely with the Business Development Managers and Course Faculty to design experiential programmes that help clients achieve their goals. She is an ILM Level 5 Coach and an experienced facilitator. Kate is an active person outside of working, playing football for her local ladies team, and enjoys spending time with her husband, three children and the family dog.

Lyndsey Preece
Lyndsey Preece

Finance Assistant


Lyndsey started her Leadership Trust journey working in Client Services, coordinating our open and bespoke events. She is always keen to develop and grow, recently joining the Finance department as Finance Assistant.  This has added a strong link between the operations side of the business and Finance function.  Lyndsey brings her strong communication, process and natural logical skills to support the business. Part of this move to the Finance team means that Lyndsey is in the process of completing her AAT.  For fun, (when there is time, as life is full with two young children!) Lyndsey is fulfilling her personal goal to progress in Karate. She also enjoys being outdoors, walking a hillside in the surrounding area.

Sam Powell
Sam Powell

Business Development Manager


Sam Powell is a Business Development Specialist who is passionate about helping businesses to achieve better results, faster. He has worked with organisations across the globe, firstly as an associate consultant with one of IBM’s Premier Business Partners and now as a Business Development Manager at Leadership Trust. Sam is a Business and Management with Mathematics graduate (BScEcon) from the University of Aberystwyth, a Level 1 Qualified Football Coach and a regular volunteer at his local football team.

Damian Sherrard

Business Development Manager


Damian brings a passion for understanding human behaviour into his Business Development role. With an interest in new business development, Damian sees the opportunity that developed leadership capability brings to organisations, and is driven to share awareness of the economic advantages. With a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and Business, which attracted him to a career in sales across a number of disciplines, Damian shares a love of adventure and the outdoors with his wife and two young sons.

Communications and Marketing Manager


Tinuke joined Leadership Trust in 2020 (yes, in the middle of a global pandemic!) and has loved working on both the communications and marketing side of the business. Tinuke holds a degree in European Business with Spanish (Hons) and has worked in a range of exciting roles in international companies including the BMJ, BNY Mellon and Apple as well as start-ups. She draws on what she has learned there and within her own blogging and influencer experience and adapts it to her role in Leadership Trust.

Digital Marketing Assistant


Kathryn joined Leadership Trust straight after finishing her A-Levels, as the Digital Marketing Assistant. Some of Kathryn’s day to day roles at Leadership Trust are to run the social media sites such as Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn, regularly updating each account with new content. As well as, website management. Kathryn’s interest in Marketing developed after she completed some work experience programmes at several local businesses. She really enjoys the creativity of ‘bringing a product to life’ through the use of marketing campaigns and closely supporting other departments within a business.

Assistant Client Services and Programme Coordinator


Rebecca joined the Leadership Trust team in 2021 and is the Assistant Client Services and Programme Coordinator. With a background in customer service her main role is to support the preparation of both open and bespoke programmes, liaising with internal departments, clients and venues to ensure successful course delivery. She loves corresponding with the delegates making sure they have everything they need to make their course a memorable experience. A side from working at Leadership trust Rebecca enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as going horseback riding with her own horse, Moley.
